Today's card reminds me so much of my brother. He was always out in nature and bringing home a critter of one kind or another. This KLM Digital Design is from the October release. (I'm late... I know.)
I wanted to do something other than a regular fold for a change, so I dipped into my pattern drawer and was reminded of this side step fold card. I scaled the boy to fit the side and printed the sentiment on the same paper I used as the background. This was from my drawer full of gel prints using Distress Oxide Inks. He is fussy cut and attached to the side. The cattails die I borrowed from a friend who has no idea where they are from. The little frog is the same one I drew for another project needing a toad. The grass is a Lawn Fawn die. The images are colored with Copic markers.
Copic color map: Skin- E000, E11, R20, BV00 Hair- E30, 55, 57 Pants- BG72, 75, 78
