Another paint chip with textured surface used as a layer. All other papers, ink and image from Stampin'UP!

Boy, is this an oldie! I just wanted to share some of these before I send them off to some of the organizations I donate to. This card was so easy. All  I did was stamp the dragonfly from Wonderful Wings in black and used a sponge to dot in a few colors then I brushed on a little pearl-ex to make it shine. This was really a 5 minute card.
