Thank you to all the carriers out there who brave the elements to bring us our "happy mail".
This card took a little planning that paid out in the end. It was well worth the thought.
I used Post a Notes to mask the edges of this card as well as the sky sections.
I used a variety of small element stamps for the section of the sky and clear embossed the elements one at a time. Then, I masked the sections and sponged them using Distress Inks so they would reflect the Carriers oath. I'm not sure it is exactly accurate, but it's close.
I sponged the grass then used a blender pen to pick up darker ink off my glass mat to create the grass details.
The sentiment and character image are from KLM Digital Designs. She is colored with Copic markers.
