Beach Gnome Girl

Hi there. Welcome to my little card-making blog.

Today's card uses Beach Gnome Girl, one of the new images at KLM Digital Designs. This image has two other sentiments besides the one used, "Good times & tan lines," and "life is better at the beach".

I got my share of sun today picking strawberries, so I came in to cool off and make this card.

She is colored with Copics, the sand drawn on with Copics, and the panel is cut with a stitched die. I layered it onto a scrap of teal paper and then mounted it onto a gel press background that used Perfect Pool Water stencil from My Favorite Things Stamps, and Distress Oxide inks. I added a sun die-cut from some old Cosmo Cricket paper and a die from Sunny Studio Stamps.
