This card uses the Fisherman digi from klmdigitaldesigns. The image is also available in a photopolymer stamp set with several sentiments great for Father's Day.
I colored the image with Copic Markers and cut the panels with the Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics from MFTstamps. The striped DS paper is very old from Stampin'UP.
