Flippin' Cool!

Hello there. Welcome. Grab a cup of tea, coffee, or a glass of wine and sit a spell.

Today's offering is from another of the new polymer stamp sets at KLM Digital Designs.

These flip-flops are a breeze to paper piece. Paper piecing is a great way to use up lots of scraps and get more use from your stamps.  I layered them onto a piece of paper from a Michael's Craftsmart paper pack, Mermaid Lagoon. 

The multiple colors in the print paper make it easy to find a piece of scrap to make the shoes. The blue card layer is Pool Party and the pink is Pink Pirouette, both from Stampin'UP.                It is not  noticeable in the pictures but the straps of the flip-flops are covered with a coat of Wink of Stella.

Small iridescent confetti is glued here and there for more sparkle.

I wish I could go to the ocean for a nice long glass search walk. Until then these cards will have to do.
