Distress Orange flowers

Welcome to my little card blog.

Today's card is another of the ones I made after watching Tim Holtz videos!
I think there will be many more of this style in my future.
I used a watercolor panel and applied Ranger Texture Paste through an old brass stencil. This is one of the first ones I tried using Distress Spray Stains. I need to practice some more. After I got the look I wanted using some sprayed on water I dried the panel. Then I picked up the ink on the mat and dried that. Finally I used some walnut Distress Ink around the edge. I used some very old SU stamps for the text and bee. The banner is cut with a die from MFT stamps and the vine from a Sizzix die.

Off to make some more.
Susan
