H-O-L-Y M-O-L-Y!!! Hold on to your purse strings! Check this flyer out!
There is a huge release of new polymer stamps at klmdigitaldesigns.com.
I'll be broke by the end of the month! Good thing there is only one July birthday in the family! Which brings me to the birthday card I made with one of the new stamps.
I decided to try making one of the slim cards that are popular right
now. I purchased a die for them from Trinity stamps. You really
don't need one, but I really like the finished look of a stitched edge.
I cut a solid large layer from
PTI Blueberry Sky and a small layer from a Craftsmart paper, Star Traveler pack I got at Michael's. One of the dies in the set
cuts the windows out. I stamped the Happy Birthday on the
front of the card. All the action is on the inside of the card.
I used stencils from MFT Stamps and stenciled in Stormy Sky
and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks. Then, using some masking I stamped the balloon gnome and balloons. The Gnome and balloons were colored with Copic markers.
