Hello there, and welcome to the blog.
This simple little card is an effort to use scraps and a backlog of hand made papers. I KNOW! This is a never ending chore. Probably because I love to make my own papers but don't use them right away.
Anyway, this card uses a base of SU Ruby Red cardstock followed by scraps of Ridinghood Red and Coral Bazzil paper. The background layer is from a sheet of alcohol ink technique paper.
The Hero Arts Hibiscus layering stamp was easy to use with a light pink, coral and dark red ink. I'm not sure which ones I used but any would do the same thing. I did use a dye ink. I tried to use a pigment or hybrid inks and I didn't care for the results. To each his own.
I cut the Image tag with a Die-namic from MFT. For the life of me I can't find it now. It is not a stitched die. I fudged the stitching details with circle and edge stitched dies.
Sorry for the crummy photo!
Have a great day,
Susan
