Dashing Through the Snow

For all those crazy snow boarders out there ... I live in the heart of Vermont ski country. I have lived here all my life. I can honestly say I have skied 4 times in 68 years, not including a few cross country events. I have never understood the fascination of strapping skinny boards, or one board, to one's feet and fly down a hill at 30+ miles and hour!  Crazy.  The closest I get to the thrill of this sport is watching the Olympics and at that I am a fanatic!
