It is so hard to believe my first Grandchild is 19! I made this card for her. She really is my shining star.
The background was made using Distress ink on watercolor paper. then sponged with Black Soot. I stenciled the stars with white pigment ink. It's hard to see, but the sentiment and the star are die cut from silver glitter paper.
I didn't have one die to make the sentiment so I combined a few to get what I needed.
