One from the Reject Pile

Ah, the pangs of rejection . . .

No happy mail this time from Paper Crafts Sad smile . The good news in that is there will be a few extra blog posts until I can carve out another day to create!

What a daunting task the editors had, to narrow down 2,760 submissions to 288 lucky entries! Congratulations to those lucky people. The sketch issue is sure to be dynamite.

But that’s not the end. A fellow card maker and submitter has created a “reject blog hop”. Winking smile What a GREAT idea!

HERE you can take a look and see some of the cards that were not accepted for publication. A few wise words from sandee . . .

“And by the way, when you visit, there are things bloggers really crave....1. a comment and 2. follow their blog! Please “

Here is one of my rejects. I’ll post the others a little later in the weeks to come.

Peach Poppy (640x379)

Stamps: Hero Arts; sentiment from Papertrey Ink

Papers: Papertrey Ink

Color medium: Copic markers

Thanks for visiting ,

This is NOT a reject! It's a beautiful card, just maybe not chosen this time around!

Super cute card. They are silly not to pick such a wondeful card.

Just cause the mag didn't take it, doesn't mean it's a reject. This is gorgeous!!!!

I've just been cleaning up my many boxes of rejects, along with scraps and stamped images. Your lovely card is definitely worthy of being featured since it is gorgeous. Thanks for inspiring me to take a second look though my reject pile and attempt a similar project.
